The Draper Ham Radio Association (DHRA) is a volunteer organization of licensed amateur radio operators with a goal of practicing and training to serve the residents of Draper with amateur radio communications in the event of a disaster, when other communications may fail. This organization also collaborates with and augments the Draper City District Representatives program for Emergency Communications (Ordinance 905).  The DHRA operates and maintains the Draper repeater, 447.100-, with a tone of 100 hz
