Human Resources

Two HR workers discuss a document in a cozy office

Our most valuable resources at Draper City are human. The Human Resources Department manages the recruitment and retention of talent, and acts as a bridge for finding solutions to employment-related issues. The department promotes a work environment that embraces the contributions of each employee and encourages the professional development and success of its workforce. In addition to providing these valuable types of support for the day-to-day workplace, the Human Resources Department actively partners with benefit providers to ensure the city’s benefits remain competitive and cost-effective.
